As a professional, I do in many cases, require a more in-depth consultation with my guests before putting you on the schedule for your color service. These consultations may include test stands, patch tests, and any other precautionary measures needed to assure the health of your hair and outcome of your service. I do reserve the right to deny services if I feel it may not be in your best interest.
You should receive an automated confirmation text message 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Please respond to these to confirm your appointment. If you do not, I will most likely try to contact you personally to confirm. Please understand that failure to confirm a scheduled appointment may result in the cancelation of your appointment. If for some reason you do not receive a confirmation text, please let me know!
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. I get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give me a call or shoot me a message letting me know. I will be happy to reschedule you!
When repeat cancellations happen less than 24 hours before your appointment, I may choose to implement a cancellation fee for future appointments. This will be discussed personally before scheduling any more services.
I do not re-book no shows.
Please arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule.
If there is ever an error in my work, or you are unsatisfied, please let me know ASAP. After 48 hours, you will be charged for any changes or alterations that were not immediately brought to my attention. It is preferred that we schedule the adjustment appointment within 10 days of your initial appointment. No refunds are offered on any services.
